buildpack首先安装Meteor 1.3然后检查您的应用程序的要求,然后将其更改回Meteor 1.2.更新/降级回1.2并不总能正确解决依赖关系 Cannot downgrade.这可能是不满足依赖关系节点版本要求的一个原因.您需要在本地使用1.3解决依赖性问题,然后使用buildpack进行部署,或者使用安装1.2的buildpack.
