许多研究结果表明,水果损失主要集中在采摘,包装,保存等环节,达到近三分之一,其中一个重要的原因为不同成熟度的水果相互混杂.因而,区分水果的成熟度并进行筛选加工处理,对于提升水果等级,改善水果品质有重要意义.本文应用MATLAB图像处理技术对水果成熟度进行检测,系统通过给定的图片中分割出水果图片,然后对水果图片进行二值化和滤波等分析处理,最后依据香蕉的色素组成检测出不同成熟度的水果.
