Android应用程序重复拒绝权限

我正在开发一款 Android应用.该应用程序具有读取QR码的功能(这是迄今为止唯一已实现的功能).
我正在Android Studio上开发应用程序.
一旦我将应用程序安装到我的Android手机上,就表示许可被拒绝. (已经为应用程序实现了请求权限,并且“权限被拒绝”是我在安装权限被拒绝的情况下放入Android应用程序的自定义消息.).

我可以在手机上手动授予应用程序权限.当我这样做时,它表示允许的权限,并且一秒钟可以访问摄像机但是“Permission Denied”消息开始重复出现并且摄像机输入丢失.
