解决办法:set password for <username>@<servername> = old_password('<password>');

还有一种 思路是:
把mm.mysql-2.0.4-bin.jar换成mysql-connector-java-3.1.5-gamma-bin.jar
是因为新的Mysql的认证机制发生了一些变化造成的)
